Thank you for choosing Necklace.Name. Many of our name jewellery pieces are made specifically for each order. We want you to know how long the jewellery-making process takes and when you can normally expect the finished item to reach you.
Our standard crafting period is 3–10 days. Depending on the design, preparation can include modelling, cutting, engraving, setting or finishing. These steps form part of the order fulfilment process and are not an extra delivery period added after the final delivery estimate.
Our standard target is final door-to-door delivery within 1–2 weeks after payment. This timeframe already includes the 3–10-day crafting period and shipping. Please do not add another two to four weeks for production or an extra standard shipping window to this estimate. The target is an estimate, not a guarantee that every individual order will arrive on a particular date.
Once your personalised piece is ready, we arrange dispatch using the shipping method applicable to your order. Where tracking or dispatch updates are available, these will be communicated through the order process. The time required in transit may vary by destination, courier or circumstances outside our control, but our normal overall delivery target remains 1–2 weeks.
If you are purchasing a gift for a birthday, anniversary or another specific date, please contact us before relying on that date. We can discuss your requirements and advise on available options. An urgent enquiry does not automatically guarantee priority crafting or express delivery.
International deliveries may be affected by customs checks and local delivery services. Any applicable shipping charges, import duties or available services will depend on the order and destination.
