All our pieces are handcrafted and hand cut from scratch. We use our own materials Sterling Silver which does not tarnish, is non allergic and has a unique white gold look finish; and 18ct gold which is a top gold alternative out there You can read more about our process here

Instead of giving up a knotted chain as hopeless, try using plastic wrap and some clear oil. Put the chain on the wrap, then pour on a bit of mineral oil or baby oil. You would then untangle the necklace using needles. Wash them using dish soap, and then pat dry them.
